SAN STORAGE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
- Participates in installation process using EIS methodology.
- Define action plans to fix customer problem.
- Determine when to escalate problems to next level of technical team.
- Delivers technical transfer of information(TOI) to the customer.
- Contributes to the quality goals.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electro-Telecomunication
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

- Experience Unix/Linux/Windows Server Administrator and Storage Disk Administrator
