We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
HELPDESK SUPPORT
(Officer Level)
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level support about PC, network and overall infrastructure
- Participate to create standardize procedure and process for all aspect of desktops management.
- Do research on IT related items
- Monitor IT related inventories to ensure just in time inventory of fast moving items
- Excel in give out creative thinking the next trend in helpdesk management
- Experienced in helpdesk support for at least 2 years
- Experienced in troubleshooting pc and component inside
- Experience in centralized desktop management will be a big plus
- Experience in ghost and similar tools
- Experienced in ms office and be able to support basic function
- Knowledge and experienced in networking is a big plus
- Able to work individually or as a team.
- Neat in administrative function
- University Degree (S1) is a must
