Job Requirements:
- Male / Female 28-35 years of age
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 4-5 years experience in related field
- Good and efective leadership, writing and communication skill
- Excellent knowledge in establishing and enforcing operational procedures and high service standards
- Well versed with financial and budgets as well as good business acumen and management skills
- Able to work well with the team and a problem solver
- Pleasant and friendly with a positive attitude
- Able to work long and during public holiday
- Able to converse and write in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify problems or area of improvement in operational processes and strategies and recommend solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business
- Responsible for the smooth operation of every outlet, even during public holiday
- Proactive and resourceful in the analysis of market trends, changing needs and expectation of customers in terms of food quality and service standards
- Responsible for the manpower planning and staffing of the restaurant
- Work together with HR executive regarding recruitment, orientation, coaching,training and performance appraisal of all service staff
- Supervise and assist service staff in promoting food and beverage facilities of
- the restaurant with the aim of increasing both guest satisfaction and revenue.
