We are looking for a technical personnel to perform the following tasks:
• Provide technical assistance to distributors, partners and end-users.
• Be involved in the product testing and quality process.
• Project implementation and management.
We are looking for you if you have the following personal attributes and skills:
• You have a bachelor/S1 degree in IT
• You have good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
• You are mature, confident and maintain a positive outlook
• You can make decisions and welcome responsibility and being accountable
• You are conscientious and co-operative
• You are good with detail and take your duties seriously
• You are able to set and achieve targets, can handle stress but remain calm and you are very organised
• You understand the importance of well-established company processes and quality management procedures and can work within them and ensure their continual improvement
Ideally you have the following experience:
• You have worked within the ICT industry and understand their needs and challenges
• You have worked in a similar role
• You are familiar with Microsoft Windows operating systems and technologies
