SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Castlerock Consulting seeks a senior change management consultant to support large organizational transformation assignments. We have immediate need for a consultant to advise one of our clients on the following :

  • Assessing organizational readiness for change
  • Design and delivery of change management programs
  • Design and delivery of communications programs
  • Organizational restructuring
  • Design and delivery of training and capacity building to support change efforts

Past experience conducting such work as part of enterprise-wide IT implementation would be particularly valuable, as would experience supervising contractors or teams performing such activities.

The consultant's role would be to work with our client to supervise and provide quality assurance on work conducted by other contractors for the above activities associated with implementation of a new mission-critical IT system and work processes. As part of this work, the consultant would advise the client on :

  • Assessment of the contractor's proposed strategies and plans, as well as deliverables and activities conducted to implement those plans, such as training programs
  • Management and change control of the contractor's contract
  • Assessment of "lessons learned" from the contactor's performance
  • Steps the contractor can take to improve performance or effectiveness
