Quality Assurance Specialist
The position provides technical assistance/support for troubleshooting & product quality issues for customers, manages customer quality performance analysis databases, provides quality assurance training and knowledge in food science, performs/supports regulatory projects (i.e., commissioning & microbiological validation) of Tetra Pak aseptic filling, packaging machine platforms and processing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in food technology, food science, food engineering or food microbiology with GPA minimum 3.0
- Fresh graduate or minimum working experience of 1-2 years in food industry: e.g. performing food chemical analysis, microbiological evaluation and rough identification of microorganism
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy
- Willing to be relocated across the country
