Assistant Accounting Manager
Based: Surabaya and Bandar Lampung

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to produce accurate reporting to the management to support the decision


• making. Establish, implement, and maintain appropriate internal controls that provide cost


• effectiveness, protection to the assets of the organization. Ensure that appropriate


• control procedures are developed and followed. Responsible for management of SGA costs.


• Develop and implement effective risk management process and tools for projects and


• Plants Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing appropriate staffs to meet


• business requirements. Maintain familiarity with all non-financial aspects of the business to be able to provide input and support for strategic planning and business-decision making.


• Develop budget and forecast.

Requirements :

• S1 Accounting degree


• Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably from big four public accounting firms


• Strong analytical, management, and communication skills


• Demonstrate ability to implement a good internal control environment


• Good working knowledge of information technology


• Good verbal and written communication skills in English


• Computer literacy


• Possess high ethical standard


• Good interpersonal skills


• Possess sense of urgency, initiative, and independency to work.
