FOOD BEVERAGE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
- Male/Female, preferably 25-35 years of age
- Preferable education in tourism, specially in Food & Beverage
- Preferable experience working with a franchise
- Minimum 5 years experience in Food &Beverage industry, particulary in dessert
- Ability to perform analysis of the kitchen operations, procedures, and profitability
- Has an understanding of finance
- Has creativity and an artistic ability in recipe development
- Honest, meticolous, disciplined, and responsible
- Has a strong sense of motivation and ability to work independently
