IT SUPPORT STAFF

IT Support Staff is responsible for installing, configuring hardware, software, peripherals, and other information processing facilities responding to user/customer support calls for troubleshooting and repairing network connectivity issues; maintaining hardware inventory and distribution, developing and maintaining technical documentation; interfacing with other teams and service vendors to resolve problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and supports computer network, servers and workstations (users) on Linux and windows platform


• Report on IT facilities usage (hardware and software), problems and solutions, service level.


• Work with management, customers and third party consultants to conduct infrastructure planning and audits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with min GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)


• A minimum of 2 years in management and security of different types of servers including domain controller, web server, database server, e-mail server and file server


• A good knowledge and experience on system/security utilities.


• Experience on Linux(open source) OS and application development tools is preferable


• A good command in English is preferable.


• All position will be home based in Jakarta, and the candidates should be willing to travel.
