Currently we supply 4-5 million tons of coal per annum to Coal Powerplants and Industries such as cement and paper both locally and internationally. We mine coal from our many concessions, and at the same time also purchase from other mine owners. We aim to be a reputable leading coal company with good consistent standards.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. Position : Operation Mine Manager (Code : OMM)

Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Minimum of 10 Years Experience in coal Mining Industry.
3. Energetic and Good Interpersonal Skill, Familiar with MS Project would be advantage.
4. Have POM certificate and Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power).
5. Have the ability of Problem Solving and strong Decision Making.
6. Willing to travel.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible and make sure of all mining activity running well at the site.
2. Prepare mining, safety and environment quarterly report.
3. Develop, measure, monitor and review Business Plans and Budgets to effectively manage the operations.
4. Ensure maintenance and operational strategies and procedures are in place to effectively manage the Company s assets.

2. Position : SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)

Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry.
2. In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management.
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable.
4. Fluent in English both oral & written.
5. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation.
6. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
7. Willing to be placed in site Central Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
1. Evaluate work procedure, work instruction and job safety analysis.
2. Join in Safety Inspection for stockpile, hopper, crusher, conveyor, barging/jetty area.
3. Give Safety Induction and Re-Induction for all employees and General Safety Induction for visitor.
4. Give recommendation related to environmental to Division Head and all section, such as oil trap standard, environmental emergency preparedness,
5. Monitor and reporting SHE performance to SHE Superintendent, Division Head and Kepala Teknik Tambang.

3. Position : Port QC & Blending ISP Supervisor (PQC)

Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading.
4. Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
1. Manage all port activities which consist of : weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transhipment, and quality assurance.
2. Monitor all operation documentations.
3. Ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent and the port terminal Operator.

4. Position : Production / Pit Supervisor (Code : PSP)

Requirements
1. Male, Minimum of Bachelor Degree in mining engineering/geology.
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry.
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable.
4. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power).
5. Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure.
6. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost.
7. Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
1. Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.
2. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
3. Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
4. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
5. Co-ordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
6. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
7. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.
8. Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.

5. Position : Wellsite Geology (Code : WEG)

Requirements
1. Minimum SMK Geology.
2. Minimum 1 years site experience in coal mining industry.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan Tengah.

Responsibilities
1. Study geology mapping and data interpretation.
2. Perform field survey such as geological mapping, test pit,trenching, sampling, drilling, and estimating.

6. Position : Mine Plan Engineer (Code : MPE)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations.
2. Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
3. Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.
4. Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
5. A very good understanding of MINEX mining software.
6. Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Possess “Pengawas Operational Pratama” certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition.

Responsibilities
1. Undertake short and long term production and financial planning to determine the resources required to operate the pit, manage operating cost within budget.
2. Support daily technical aspects of the pit operation such as short and long term planning, blast design, drainage and road design to assist in achieving agreed coal production.
3. Undertake environmental rehabilitation and design process as an integral part of both short and long term planning in line with PC s environmental policy.
4. Prepare Geotechnical/Planning reports and documents to ascertain drainage, geological blasting and environmental issues impacting pit coal production.
5. Conduct investigations into planning accuracy and other projects as requested.
6. Produce reports of the result for dissemination throughout the Mining Operation Division to enable a common approach and understanding to be gained.

7. Position : Land Acquisition Supervisor (Code : LAS)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
2. 3-5 years relevant experience in land compensation and land acquisition in coal mining industries.
3. Good track records of delivering quality and targets within established variances.
4. Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks.
5. Good knowledge in mining industry and ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues.

Responsibilities
1. Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities.
2. Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.
3. Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
4. Final review upon all supporting document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedure and regulation.
5. Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, liaise with company s lawyer/law firm).

8. Position : Recruitment Manager (Code : RCM)

Requirements
1. Have an education background of bachelor degree in psychology, human resource or equivalent.
2. Have an experience for 5 years in doing recruitment, 2 years in a managerial level.
3. Able to do multitasking and work in a tremendous amount of target and pressure.
4. Exhaust to fulfill a large amount of head count seek in a limited time.
5. Able to join immediately with maximum one month notice.
6. Come from a mining background is preferable.

Responsibilities
1. Coordinate to make sure recruitment service level can support three sites: Jakarta, Sumatra and Kalimantan (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement).
2. Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in the strictest timely basis with high qualified employee.
3. Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system which include to build SOP, recruitment flow, recruitment report and recruitment standard.
4. Build up a candidate data bank to support a high quality results through HRIS.
5. Determine the psychological benchmark and interview competency benchmark for job grading in both holdings and site.
6. Able to review KPIs subordinates and make a continuous improvements for the standards.

9. Position : Sales & Marketing Manager (Code : SMM)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from Commerce or any related field.
2. Have minimum 5 years of experience as Marketing & Sales Manager preferably from mining industry.
3. Experienced in corporate structuring and negotiation.
4. Energetic and Good Interpersonal Skill.
5. Familiar with MS Project would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
1. Directing implementation of coal business development strategic plan which approved by sales and marketing division, and continually review program implementation to ensure the success of GEM s strategics & plans.
2. Getting information from customer about coal markets and about customer s needs to improve sales and marketing plans run properly and accordingly to company s strategic plans.
3. Monitoring exsiting coal markets, performance of all customers, identifying potential markets with the purpose of anticipating market s opportunities and threats.
4. Coordinating with related division to ensure important sales document fits with the specification, on time products delivery, and on time payment, so she/he can support sales and marketing activities effective and efficiently.
5. Negotiating price, condition and terms with customer.

10. Position : Transhipment Assistant Manager (Code : TAM)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor degree from Maritime or Management.
2. Have experience minimum 5 years in shipping with 2 years as supervisor.
3. Have a strong leadership and good communication skills.
4. Autonomous, Flexible, and service oriented.
5. Willing to travel to site.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing transshipment s SOP and procedures, and evaluating achievement objectives.
2. Formulating requirements, systems, and policies regarding safety accordance with the regulations.
3. Negotiating, directing, and leading contractor to produce target effectively regarding terms of cost while maintaining quality & safety.
4. Controlling, coordinating, and monitoring coal transshipment from loading to unloading port as scheduled.
5. Planning, organizing, and reviewing cost and budget, formulate recommendation and adjustment as needed.
