  • Decision / Business Case Analysis
  • Investment / Divestment Process Support
  • Financing Activities
Tax
  • Withholding Tax
  • Company Tax
  • VAT Filling
  • Personal Income Tax
  • Buts and Tax Entities for 3 Party Principals
HR Administration
  • Employment Contracts (ongoing / ad hoc)
  • Salary Benchmarking (annual)
  • Job Descriptions & KPIs Admin (annual)
  • Performance Appraisals Admin(annual)
  • Employee Engagement Survey (annual)
  • Salary Adjustment & Bonus Letters ( annual)
