FieldWork Manager

Qualification

• University graduate or above
• Excellent English, both verbal and written
• Over 5 years experience in fieldwork and QC, over 3 of which are on managerial level

Knowledge

• Resourceful and knowledge of the labour market
• Various interview methodologies and techniques
• Knowledge and expertise in interviewers' training
• Knowledge and expertise in all sampling methods
• Knowledge and experience on People Management
• Knowledge on Cost Control and Budgeting
• Computer usage

Skills

• Client servicing skills
• Communications, both verbal and written
• Interpersonal skills for all levels of employees
• Leadership / Supervising skills
• Delegation skills
• Project management skills
• People management skills
• Time management
