	Technical Support Engineer - Pre/Post-sales support (SIM Cards, SMS-C Protocol)
	Reports to: Technical Account Manager (South East Asia) Location: Jakarta Salary: up to 24,000,000 IDR x 13 months To provide engineering fast and accurate support to our customers worldwide To provide technical support services to our customers during pre-sales and post-sales to our customers worldwide Responsibilies: Technical support activities in given areas/cases Technical implementation activities in given projects Participation in product quality process Participation in 24*7 Global Customer Service Center operations You will also be involved in the ongoing development of services to improve the customer support process The job may require swing shift and occasionally work on irregular times Travel is required Requirements: Min. 3 years experience technical support functions, preferably within in an international telecommunications or IT products & services environment A good knowledge of mobile communication, IT technologies and solutions. Sun Solaris and basic Oracle SQL skills are essential. Ability to be comfortable in a customer environment. Ability to manage stress. A technical education. Good communicating skills (with customers in the SEA region) Able to write reports and be proficient in technical dealings with customers on the phone and in meetings. Veritas Volume Manager and Cluster skills is an advantage. Advanced Oracle DB-Admin skills. Cluster and Backup solutions, Recovery Manager, Apache Tomcat, Networking (TCP/IP, routers, firewalls) is a plus Knowledge in SIM Carsd, SMS-C Protocol, SS7 signaling is  an advantage Ability to troubleshoot in network environments.
