Senior Engineer Manager
* Rresponsible of identification, realization and progress review of key engineering projects aiming to improve lamps business operation’s performance.
* Lead and promote the new standards of manufacturing practices, factory layouts improvement initiatives and release of updated technical production data for further business analysis
* Leading all medium and long term improvement engineering activities
Job Requirements
* Education: University degree
* Min 8 years experience technical background with additional knowledge/skill/ experience in Equipments, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Management
* Good interpersonal skills / able to influence others
* Startegic thinking and practical knowledge
* Proven excellent leadership and project management skills
* Strong working knowledge on continuous improvement culture
* Ability to communicate effectively with all level in the organisation
