Junior Business Analyst

Requirements:

    * Minimum education : Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics (S1) with some experience in investment banks or financial institutions, preferably knowledge of brokerage firms.
    * S2 degree is welcome. Marketing, Management, or Accounting degree will be considered.
    * Candidates with Corporate Strategy, Audit, Industry or Market Research experience, with high proficiency to learn are preferred.
    * Candidates must be good with numbers, strong analytical skills are a must. Bloomberg familiarity is a plus.
    * Candidates are expected to work in high level capacity assisting Senior Managemenet and Directors of the firm with important information and analysis of the company and industry
    * Candidates must be hard working, pay attention to details, and have personal drive to advance in career into Corporate Strategy or Corporate Finance or Investment Banking.

Job Descriptions:

    * Assist Senior Management of the company with collecting sensitive high level data of the industry and apply the findings into a complex industry analysis for Corporate Planning and Strategy of the firm.
    * Work with Business Development team in implementing new strategies for the firm on a day to day basis and assist the team in accessing effectivity of the new strategies.
    * Develop good relationship throughout all the division of the firm including helping Senior Management with constatnt communication with multiple business units.
    * Develop business models to calculate the cost-benefit relationship of the company’s business units and as well as new projection of the future projects.
    * Conduct a survey of the industry by performing competitor analysis and deriving the data into a business model of industry.
    * Assist Business Development team with data maintenance and update information of each division in the database.
    * Producce weekly and monthly meeting summary for the Business Development team.
    * Assist Senior Management with presentation materials in high level meetings with internal division and Directors.
