A well established foreign Shipping company is looking for:

Project Logistic Assistant

With requirement:

    * Able to manage documentation for tender /bid
    * Proficient in English both oral and written
    * Understand import/export documentation arrangement, Packing list, B/L, master list, etc
    * Having experience in freight forwarding, trucking or any company engaging to project work is an advantage
    * Able to manage and follow up vendors, to ensure performance and quality levels are maintained.
    * Assisting Project Coordinator on day to day quotations and customer relationships 
    * Knowledge of QHSE working procedures and implementation
    * Operational experience of handling Project logistics movements
    * Customs clearance experience
