TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TS)

SURABAYA

Main Responsibility

* Have regular farm visit to monitor feed performance and collect data from the dield
* Together with other departments make technical presentation for customers performance improvement.
* Update knowledge of our technical people
* Conduction some trials to improve feed quality and management systems
* Involved in new project

Requirement

* Male, age max. 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree from Veterinary
* Having min. 2 years experience in the same field
* Has a strong analytical and presentation skills
* Highly motivated and innovated
* Strong communication and people skill to all level in the organization
* Able to work both in teams and independently
* Willing to travelling.Willing to be placed at Surabaya

HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGY (HR)

* Developing and managing HR System (Recruitment, Training and organizational development).
* As change agent at HR Transformation
* Enhancing employee performance

Requirement

* Male / Female
* Age max. 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree from Psychology
* Having min. 2 – 3 years experience in the same field
* Strong communication and people skill to all level in the organization
* Must be a change agent, good motivator and good business understanding
* Smart, mature, strong leadership and team player
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya
