CAREER MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
* Identify Key position from Final Company’s Organization Chart and discuss with Business Unit/ Business Group Head.
* Identify incumbent and successor data against standard requirement such as performance Appraisal, Grade, Company’s Leader, warning Letter, etc.
* Pass the incumbent and successor to follow Assessment, Company Leader and Technical module base on their level.
* Prepare their career path and discussed with Assessment Center Team, Company Leader and Technical Team for their Individual Development Program after their assessment.
* Perform monthly monitoring on the learning progress of incumbent and Successor and report to Operation Monthly Meeting and on annual basis report to Corporate office on the readiness status of incumbent and successor.
* Preparing Graduate Trainees program and ensure the program is running well from begin until graduation of the Graduate Trainees
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male max 49 Years Old
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or relevant area
* Having 7 years experiences in Career Management, Career Development or Learning & Development Center with at least 3 years experience in Managerial position.
* Well developed people management skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Analytical thinker, independent executor focus, supportive, result oriented, business management understanding
* Understand methodology of career Management
* Good English orally and written
* Willing to stay in Riau – Sumatera, Indonesia
