Registration Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Tasks :
o Handling regulatory job in products (medical equipment, food & beverages) to authorities.
o Prepare and compile dossiers (documents) of products before submitted to authorities.
o Follow up registration process in authorities
o Filing and preparing all documents
o Build and maintain relationship with government institutions (authorities), such as : Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, Departemen Kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan, Departemen Pertanian, BKPM, Departemen Perdagangan dan Perindustrian, etc.
o Search and updating new and relevant regulations related to these matters.
Skills :
o Able to build and maintain good relationships with Government Institution (authorities)
o Familiar with registration regulations in Indonesia.
o Great interpersonal skills
o Strong communication and management skills
o Well organized, proactive and self supported
o Positive attitude and high integrity
o Able to work independently
Requirements:
* Female
* Minimum D3 majoring in scientific studies (pharmacy, chemical, biology, etc)
* 1-2 years experience in similar activities
* Attention to details
Sales in Hospitality

Tasks:
o Study product knowledge
o Study the market
o Doing market and product promotion
o Prepare proposals and technical data
o Customer calls & visits
o Negotiates sales and closes orders to meet sales quotas
o Coordinate import, delivery, installation and training
o Follow up the order, invoicing and payments
o Follow up the after service to ensure the satisfactory of the user
o Documentation and reporting
o Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
* FEMALE
* Minimum S1 Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, Public Relation
* Age between 28-33 years old
* Possess own vehicle would be an advantage
* Willing to travel
Experience:
o Minimum 3 years experience in sales
o Strong commercial skills and experience in coffee equipment would be a plus
o Knowledge of the hospitality market: hotel, restaurant & café, apartment, and spa
o Have an extensive networking in Hospitality area
Skills:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Able to build and maintain relations with clients
o Hard worker and great team work as well as independently
o Able to work efficiently and effectively
o Excellent English
o Computer skills (Internet, Ms. Office and other software if needed)
o Honest and trustworthy
