We are growing plastic company located in Bogor East Java. To support our rapid growth an expansion program, we are seeking a qualified and highly talented professional with high commitment to be part of our team as:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a group of production team
- Maintain the production on the daily basis
- Productivity improvement (technical and management)
- Achieve the production target
- Provide and manage production reporting
- Handle and analyze customers’ claim and customer site survey.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s Degree in engineering(electrical, mechanical, industrial)
- Have working experience at least 3 year(s) as Production Manager and from plastic packaging manufacturing will be advantage.
- Deep understanding on manufacturing production process, LEAN Mfg, 5S, KAIZEN, TPM
- Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight time constraints
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2008
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, mature and strong leadership
- Good decision making, problem solving, independent, and analytical thinking
- Computer literacy, especially advanced in MS-office
- Willing to be located in Bogor East Java
