An exciting opportunity exists for a Front Desk Agent to join with the JW team. We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate with a strong hotel / resort background in 4-5 star international chain hotels who possesses the following qualifications and professional attributes:

Requirements :
Hotel school background, candidate that experienced in the similar position in an int’l 4-5 star chain hotel or resort will be advantage
  • Knowledge of the ‘Opera’ property management system is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good inter-personal skills with customer and associates
  • Creative, forward thinking mind
  • Proven organization skills and ability to work under pressure 
  • 100% customer focused & service orientated approach
