TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TSU)

General Qualification

    Work Experience at least 4 years
    S1 is a must from any major, IT preferably.
    Good communication and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and English
    Very high attention to detail.
    Able to work in  a team, under pressure and tight deadline.
    Wide range of knowledge about software, hardware, networks, etc
    Experience as Helpdesk Staff is a plus
    Able to track and manage issues
    Provide users with assistance on computer hardware. software or applications.
    Help the user solve specific problems.
    Understanding the problems and conducting diagnosis.
    Escalating problems through Technical Support levels as needed.
    Issue tracking and recording in Technical Support log.
    Communicate issues and produce reports to PMU
    Knowledge of Servers OS Linux, Windows
    Basic knowledge of LAN connectivity (TCP/IP & Ethernet)
    Providing operational support and assistance in daily routine servers maintenance (Linux Servers based)
    Supporting printers, systems backups, archiving, network equipment, servers and associated cabling
    Assistance on Network/Servers deployment
