DEVELOPMENTS

Responsibilities:

•     Analyze the financial and operational performance using the Balance Score Cards and Embedded Value.
•     Re-evaluate current corporate strategies to be aligned with corporate vision.
•     Re-evaluate risks management with the overall management of strategy.
•     Continue development of a winning customer value proposition.
•     Coordinate and pro-actively organize with respective organization’s function and people behind corporate strategic goals to evaluate and provide inputs on their actual performances VS planned. Then come up with the “Gap Analysis” on how to achieve it
•     Help to translate our corporate strategy into action to those respective department heads who still need some guidance and if it is deemed necessary.

Requirements:

•     Minimum 6-8 years experience in similar position
•     Minimum bachelor degree in financial management or related education background
•     Having depth knowledge in financial Balance Scorecard management is a must
•     Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
•     Experience in financial modeling tools
•     Possesses working knowledge of Statistics and statistical tools
•     Strong financial statement analysis are essential
•     Advanced in excel skills
•     Able to work well with other departments
•     Possesses good teamwork quality
•     Able to work under pressure
•     Strong reporting and analytical skill
