AXIS Shop Supervisor (SHS) - Banda Aceh (code: SHS – Banda Aceh)
Job Responsibilities:

* Support the Sales and Customer Service to achieve each function’s target
* Lead and supervise customer services team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Min. D3 - S1 from any major
* Min. 3 years experiences as Customer Services (Walk In Center)
* Strong Service & Sales Orientation, pleasant manner and have a soul of team work
* Sound knowledge of Walk In Center Operational and Training Development
* Willing to be placed in Banda Aceh

Direct Sales Supervisor (DSS) - Riau/Tanjung Pinang (Code: DSS - Riau/Tj.Pinang) or (code: DSS - Palembang)
Job Responsibility:

* Seek and identify opportunities and capturing new business from the communities (Identify potential markets)
* Build and win the new prospect communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan
* Able to achieve sales target according to the sales plan
* Manage, Maintain and develop existing communities to ensure deliverables, scope and customers satisfaction
* Make our products available as per sales strategy
* Develop and manage relationship with business partners
* Manage, train and coach DSR (Direct Sales Representative)
* Monitor DSR day-to-day activities
* Carry out marketing programs
* Improve efficiency of sales operational
* Provide reports and updates to Direct Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

* Minimum D3 - S1 from any major
* At least 2 years experience in the same area (direct sales), in Telecommunication Industry is a plus
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Strong in analysis and conceptual thinking
* Good Leadership (planning, monitoring, evaluating, coaching and counseling)
* Good communication skill and having good networking
* Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
* Willing to be placed in Riau (Tanjung Pinang) or Palembang

Area Sales Supervisor (ASS) - Sumatera Barat/Solok (code: ASS - Sumbar/Solok) / (code: ASS - Riau/Rohul)
Detail of Responsibilities:

* Support achievement for selling in and selling out target
* Support achievement for growth of outlet coverage
* Support achievement for visibility and branding
* Support achievement for brand distribution
* Support achievement for product availability
* Build relationship with Distributors
* Achieve KPI for ASS
* Support control and KPI monitoring

Job Requirement:

* Minimum D3 - S1 from any major
* Minimum 2 years working experiences in the same area, telco background is a plus
* Comfortable with the use of computer/lap top, using Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc)
* Strong leadership and people skills
* Willing to be places in Sumatera Barat (Solok) or Riau (Kampar & Rokan Hulu) or Surabaya (code: ASS - Surabaya)
