Technical Specialist (Textile Effect Division) (Jakarta Raya)Responsibilities:
* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Promote current product offering through knowledge dissemination and trials at selected customers
o Assess customer needs and translate it into potential innovation projects
o Competitive product evaluation; Huntsman value positioning
o Deliver technical training to support customer needs
o Visit customer frequently in order to meet customer needs and capture potential market
o Communicate customer feedback to the business leaders

Requirements:
* KEY REQUIREMENTS:
o Education: University degree in Textiles, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
o Experience: 5+ years experiences in specialized technology area
o Know-how/skills: Solid basis in Technology and good understanding of market and customer needs. Good communication skills are required.
o Fluency in English is required. Other languages skills are an asset

EHS Officer (Polyurethane Division) (Jakarta Raya)Responsibilities:
* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Responsible for implementing EHS Policy according to corporate and local standards
o Conduct routine environmental tests and observation; record results and prepares simple technical reports identifying where the company’s equipment, laboratories, facilities and processes fail to comply with environmental regulations and safety standards
o Maintain EHS records and submit all required reports accurately and on time (both internally and to external agencies)
o Deliver training programs to educate the company's workforce as well as subcontractors/visitors on safety, emergency response procedures, handling hazardous materials and other aspects to ensure that they understand and comply with the companys policies and standards
o Organize EHS activities, awareness programs
o Ensure that at any time all company’s environmental, health and safety requirements are being followed. Report incidents and non-compliance issue to the management
* SPECIAL FEATURES:
o Complete in time and efficiently the administrative tasks related to the position i.e. PDP form, etc.

Operations Team Leader (Polyurethane Division) (Jakarta Raya)Responsibilities:
* Ensure safe Manufacturing and Supply Chain operation, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
* Manage and develop the local Operations team to continually improve processes and build bench strength
* Provide Operational expertise to the local business team when working together to achieve business goals
* Provide products to customers on time and in specification
* Manage inventories to agreed levels and standards
* Manage the efficient use of and maintenance of site assets
* Prepare and control annual Operations POS budgets
* Ensure Quality systems are developed and maintained
* Ensure effective and efficient use of the ERP platform and forecasting systems
* Work closely with Asean and Regional operations teams to share best practices, implement Huntsman standards and align supply chain strategy and structure to support the overall business objectives
* Manage Projects as required
Requirements:
* Knowledge and Skills:
o Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred
o Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry with experience up to senior management level.
o Minimum 3 years experience in managing work force >15 people
o High degree of people management skills.
o In-depth knowledge of EHS, production management, cost control, warehouse
o and logistics, quality management and project management.
o Good command in written and verbal English.
o Good interpersonal and change management skills, with effective leadership, motivational qualities, and commercial awareness are essential
o Ability to lead initiatives and projects, and liaise with personnel from external functions and Companies, often in a commercial environment
