Leader Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and coordinating daily duties of customer services staff
- Scheduling and plotting of customer service position daily
- Advise and check the quality of customer service staff
- Handling complaints and provide problem solutions
- Collecting report
Requirements:
- Male, single max 28 years of age
- Min D3 any discipline
- Min 2 years experience as a Customer Service Leader or related
- Good command in English, written & oral
- Strong personality & communication skill, good appearance, pleasant personality and good leadership
- Hard working and able to work on shift duty
