PT. Mitra Maju Sukses is one of the national private company engaged in coal mining field in the region Serongga - South Kalimantan. PT. Mitra Maju Sukses was established in Indonesia in 2005, exactly on October 27, 2005. To support our expansion, currently we urgently require professional and highly motivated candidates to join our team for position :

1. PROJECT MANAGER

- Minimum D3 mining / geological.
- Experience of being Project Manager dikontraktor Min coal mines. 5 years.
- Placement in South Kalimantan.
- Certified POP, POM, or Head of Mining Engineering (summit) are preferred.
- Able to work under pressure of high workload.
- Mastering the open pit system.
- Mastering software - software + special general mining.
- A good personality.

2. ENGINEER SUPERINTENDENT

- Male, age 30 - 40 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology or equivalent.
- Has at least 5 years of working experiences in coal mining companies with at least 2 years in mine planning, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCAD and spreadsheets.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation.
- Ready to work at site area.
- Preparing annual mine plan in monthly basis.
- Controlling progress of short term mine operation (weekly and daily).

3. ENGINEER YUNIOR

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations.
- Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
- Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.
- Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
- A very good understanding of MINEX mining software.
- Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English.

4. ENGINEER OFFICER

- Minimum S1 Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
- Mining software skills (Minescape, etc).
- Experience min. 2 years.
- Able to make production report.
- Willing to work independently in remote field locations.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skill.
- Having POP license.
