Currently we are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, results oriented and innovative person to fill the role of Senior Firmware Engineer - RTOS to be placed in Bandung, Indonesia.

Senior Firmware Engineer - RTOS

Duties & Responsibilities:

    * Design embedded system/firmware as ordered from management
    * Develop embedded system/firmware using ANSI C/C++
    * Porting embedded Linux platform firmware to µC/OS-II
    * Do troubleshooting, testing, debugging
    * Maintenance system/firmware for feature enhancement
    * Maintenance firmware if reported/found any bugs
    * Create/produce documentation related to the task

Skills:
    * Advanced in C/C++ programming language, in particular embedded programming
    * Familiar with embedded microprocessor design process: compilers, debuggers, IDE
    * Ability to understand hardware block diagrams and schematics
    * In-depth knowledge in processor/micro-controller architecture (PIC and PowerPC)
    * Knowledge using RTOS, preferably µC/OS-II
    * Excellent Knowledge off all job-specific and essential tools and programs
    * Ability to troubleshoot, test, and debug
    * Debugging and troubleshooting of embedded Linux systems
    * Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
    * Ability to work on an international team

Qualifications:

    * Degree in Computer Science/related Engineering disciplines

Experience:

    * At least 3 years working experience in developing embedded system/firmware with or without operating system, using ANSI C or C++
    * Know operating system conceptual/computer architecture
    * Know about scheduling/task management, IPC, socket programming, POSIX, Multitasking/Multithreading is a must
    * Experience in using BSP (with PPC architecture)
