Project Manager

Qualifications:

    * A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance/Business Management or Computer Science.
    * Minimum experience of two full cycle implementations  with any enterprise software solution such as Microsoft Dynamics (AX, SL, Nav), Sage ACCPAC, MFG PRO, JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, etc.
    * Minimum of 3 years working experience in ERP, Accounting, Management Consulting, or related discipline.
    * High level of technical competence in using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Access.
    * Experience in data migration processes from legacy systems.
    * Business Process Mapping knowledge capability.
    * Knowledge of implementation methodology and project management.
    * Proficient in English, both written and oral, together with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
    * Must be willing to take the initiative, be creative and self-motivated while being adaptable to change.
    * Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

    * Gather, document, and analyse customer business processes and requirements, translating these into project deliverables.
    * Preparation of customer requirements analysis documentation together with Gap analysis schedules.
    * Maintain project documentation at all times and update with changes immediately.
    * Provide training, implementation and consulting services to our clients.
    * Work with IT and business process owners to provide standard solutions and processes.
    * Develop and execute test plans.
    * Provide high quality post-implementation support, where required.
