Utilities Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Manage operational process on Utilities i.e. boiler, cooling plant, air plant, CO2 recuperation plant, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant in a safe and efficient manner.
* Make recommendations on major overhauls and spareparts replacement, identify abnormalities and recommended spare parts.
* Develop & implement energy conservation projects.
* Manage the performance of all utilities within the plant.
* Develop structural problem solving approach with detail analysis in order to have preventive & routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all utilities within the plant.
* Manage the implementation and discipline in execution of planned maintenance in order to minimize the level of breakdown.
Requirements:
* University graduates with Industrial Engineering / related background.
* Min. 3 years of solid experiences in utility engineering.
* Familiar with continous improvement method TPM & SAP
* Ability to communicate in English, spoken & written fluently.
* Demonstrated skill in Environment Health & Safety.
* Min. 3 years in Supervisor/ Managerial Level
Packaging Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packaging department.
* Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality.
* Ensure the achievement of KPI’s (Line performance, Energy consumptions, Packaging Material Losses, etc.) through TPM approach.
* Ensure the adherence of safety procedures.
* Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily production reports (downtime reports, water and other materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.
Requirements:
* University graduates from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines
* Min. 3 years of solid experiences in packaging
* Familiar in Quality Management System is essential
* Familiar and practicing of TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP
* Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
* Good problem solving capabilities.
* Computer literate.
* Good communication & leadership skills.
* Good Team player and able to lead TPM Team

Brewing Team Leader

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the brewing & cellar section.
* Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the process and product quality.
* Ensure the beer availability for packaging according to the production plan and norms by overseeing and coordinating the brewing & cellar section, analyze, control materials flow, equipment, reports and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations.
* Analyze, control, report and implement all necessary measures to ensure continuous improvement by maintaining efficient utilization of equipment, material and manpower.
* Ensure that the safety procedures are adhere to, implemented, create awareness through the safety and health committee.
* Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily reports (brew/batch reports, SAP and materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.
* Identify opportunities to continuously improve operation or performance standards in line with the spirit of Kaizen/TPM.
* Ensure that the equipment, brewing & cellar section and its surroundings areas are kept clean and tidy.
Requirements:
* University graduates from relevant discipline (Chemical, Food Technology, Microbiology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation/Automation)
* Min. 3 years of successful relevant practical experience in various departments (production/utilities/QC/QA) in the brewery or other food industry.
* Advance level of knowledge on production processes in food industry, engineering aspects, quality assurance and instrumentation.
* Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP and better has SAP experiences
* Pro active & good team player
* Good command of English, both oral and written.
* Computer literate
* Good communication skill
* Good problem solving capabilities
* Has potentiality to be developed further in higher position
Mechanical Engineering Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Ensures good execution of preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, availability of utilities, and good condition of buildings and civil works.
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Having minimum 3 years of solid experienced in maintenance of Utility and Production process equipment
* Experience from food & beverages manufacturing is preferable.
* Good understanding of SAP, Total Productive Management (TPM), ISO 9001 & 14000, HACCP is required.
* Familiar in computer applications.
* Proficient in English both oral & written.
Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Ensure and improve warehouse management; for example FEFO, quality during storage and handling and reduce damaged or missing products.
* Ensure and improve stock administration; accuracy, transparency and timely availability of data.
* Ensure timely and accurate use of SAP; for example stock data, delivery orders and transport payment control.
* Initiate and implement improvements in terms of cost, quality, transparency, safety, housekeeping etc.
* Supervise your team and relevant 3rd party workers.
* Improve and sustain safety and housekeeping standards
* Initiate improvements to increase warehouse utilization and loading/unloading capacity.
* Improve and ensure compliance with SOP’s and reporting standards
* Relevant following points, depending on area of responsibility, either inbound or outbound;
* Manage and improve OTIF delivery of packaging materials (one-way and returnable) to Internal customer; the packaging department
* Manage processing of packaging materials returning from market (crate, bottle, kegs and pallets) which will be re-used after inspection and cleaning.
* Ensure and improve OTIF shipments from warehouses to customers, conform Sales Orders.
* Ensure compliance with customs regulations for bonded warehouse with custom officers on site.
Requirements:
* S1 graduate
* Experience in Warehouse / Transportation Operation
* Experience in managing large number of people
* Has good knowledge in custom regulation is an advantage
* Experience in Multi National Company in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is an advantage
* Computer experience with SAP & MS Office is an advantage.
* Have discipline and high integrity standard
* Have result oriented way of working
* Capability to manage and coach people
* Have structured and pro-active approach with respect to problem solving
