We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE 
MANAGEMENT MANAGER

DKI Jakarta

Responsibilities:

•     Build a measurement system that describe the strategy and break down planning of strategic management
•     Establish performance data in order to understand problems and facilitate to setup a series of strategic priorities (including Improvement and innovation initiatives)
•     Setup & Control company’s Vision and the mission by clarifying the target of all the departments by using KPI‘s.
•     KPI system for Corporate Balance Scored and Block management System (MBS-BMS) department and the business process internal.
•     Analyze Strategic Business Units’ financial statements
•     Prepare detailed record of company assets, ensure accountability of company financial statements

Requirements:

•     Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting background in reputable university (both local and overseas)
•     Has at least 5 years’ experience in Big 4 Public Accountant Firm or multinational operation company
•     Experience in insurance industry is a must
•     Good analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions.
