Product Manager

Job Purpose : To plan and develop promotion concept, strategies, programs and propose promotion budget as well as sales target for each product, monitor the implementation and provide direction, motivation and response within company policy and professional ethics with the objective to achieve sales target for each product.

Requirements :

* Have at least 2-4 years product management experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical company.
* At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's degree / Post Graduate / MBA degree in Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy, Public Health.
* Have excellent communication skills (written & oral) preferably with good command of English.
* Have excellent analytical & interpersonal skills exhibits entrepreneurial thinking and creative.
* Dynamic, organized & motivated individual with the ability to significantly impact business results through innovation and your passion in marketing

Sales Training Manager

Purpose: Provide sales training to support the organization by building skills and knowledge.

Position Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing training programs for Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers – both new and experienced.
* Identify business needs, perform needs/gap analysis and align training interventions (business planning).
* Customize global modules for specific affiliate needs while preserving the instructional integrity of the global modules.
* Ensure quality facilitation and implementation of training through accountability for the impact.
* Build strong skills around business partnering, business planning, and sales training capabilities.
* Key cross-functional responsibilities and spend time in the field for sales excellence..
* Manage sales training budget

Requirement :

* University Degree preferably in Pharmacist, Medical Doctor
* 3 to 5 years experience in as Sales Training preferably in Multinational Company.
* Fluency in English both oral and written
* Excellent communication and good personality
* Excellent selling skills
* Experience in Sales in Pharmaceutical Company
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
